First saw this on Danish blog, Lille Lykke. Then followed up on the link, Bolig Magazine. By now you probably know that I like white spaces especially if they have the open loft feeling that this one has. Was browsing in one of my favorite Danish blog, Lille Lykke, where I came upon these photos of a shooting location from UK company, Light Locations. Of course I had to share. Love the way the eclectic colors pop against that white. And the one wall of turquoise seems to make it all cohesive.

Would love to have a few of these stools created by the Brazilian firm, Furf Design Studio. They would be great for my little nieces and nephews, who for the most part can actually be very, very good. Furf describes themselves as follows:
“We are a company, a studio, a school and mainly a team. We create with what best defines Furf: irreverence and elegance.”

Inspired by the white, serene and simple palette of French designer, Jacqueline Morabito. Her unique minimalist style coupled with vintage pieces and elegant detailing produces these warm comfortable spaces that I absolutely yearn for.

I like to juxtaposition old with new images as in this "String" shelf system created by Swedish designer and architect, Nils "Nisse" Strinning. All the photos should be in color to really get a proper assessment but still it's good to see a great design stand the test of time.

Plankbridge is probably the most well-known makers and restorers of shepherd’s huts so be sure to check out their gallery of designs here.
As much as I love patterns I would probably only use them as minimal accents in my home decor. At least I thought as much until I discovered these fabric shades from Paris design firm, Robert le Heros. The thought that I can always roll them up makes the patterns seem less imposing.
