One of my favorite color combination is featured and available at UK shoppe, Mini Moderns. The brand specializes in applying patterns across a range of interior products much of which are made in the UK. Particularly loving the colors, patterns and packaging.

Admiring these fantastic tote bags created by Ryoko Makimura and distributed under the brand name, Chocotte. The bags are totally handmade from designing the art to screening the fabric and finally to sewing the bag.

My niece heads off to London for school in the fall so I’m putting together a list of things for her to to bring back starting with these fantastic wooden toys from Miller Goodman. UK designers David Goodman and Zoe Miller, the creators of these great designs, hope to encourage creative play for both children and adult.

Was in Asia for my spring break. Found this great "kawaii" shop, Artbox, in Seoul and picked up some stationery items. They have a few store locations outside of South Korea with one of them located in Irvine, Callifornia.

Just discovered the amazing collage illustrations of Japanese artist, Keitaro Sugihara. Wish I knew a little bit more about him but for now I am happy just to take in the beauty and wonder of his work. He does write in his profile:
“Currently working on various art projects that warmth can be felt, regardless of genre and style.”

Would not at all mind having a few of these blankets around the house, particularly the most recent designs called, ‘Twist a Twill’, shown at the bottom. These beautiful organic throws are created by Danish textile designer, Tina Ratzer, who says of her latest design:
"I came to the triangle which I twisted again and again in a big pattern," she says "for a new modern look. The colors are simple and hold apart from each other to get close to a classic plain blanket."

Admiring the surface designs of Swedish-based designer, Lotta Olin, who designs patterns for textiles, laminates and wallpapers which can be found in many Swedish homes. She writes :
“My products combine art with function and I'm working with a holistic approach to color, shape and environmentally compatible.”
